Cha-am villas are located in the beautiful coastal town of Cha-am; which boasts the longest white beach of Thailand, on the Gulf of Thailand. Cha-am is an idyllic destination situated less than two hours away from Thailand's capital, Bangkok, so the holiday can start as soon as you land. This also allows for you to stay in a beautiful relaxing area of Thailand, but not miss out on the busy Bangkok experience.
Cha-am villas are surrounded by no less than six beautiful golf courses set in a fantastic back drop of mountainous regions hosting national parks, elephant villages and all the natural diversity you expect to find when travelling in Thailand.
The beach is less than a kilometre from the villas and hosts
many restaurants and bars with fabulous food to suite all tastes. For
those more adventurous travellers there are many opportunities to get
involved with windsurfing, jet skiing, fishing trips and scuba diving.
However, if you wish to indulge in some "me" time the white beaches are
perfect for enjoying the wonderful equatorial climate with a daily
temperature of 29º C.
Within the Cha-am town centre there is a local market held every day from sunrise to sunset, giving a feel for the true Thailand. There are also many small convenience stores in the town, all within easy reach of the villas, for all those little creature comforts.
The two villas for rent are enclosed within a walled garden to ensure privacy and safety. Within the 1,400sq metres of grounds there is an outdoor swimming pool (5m x 10m) alongside garden furniture and sun sloungers. So, if your idea of a holiday is lying down by a pool reading a book, it's all there waiting for your arrival.
For the more adventurous we provide an assortment of first
class bicycles, or if you wish to travel further afield, we have two 4
door cars (2008 models) for hire at an exclusive rate of £15/18€ per
day, including insurance. Driving in Thailand is as simple as driving
in the UK as they drive on the left! To use one of the cars you must be
over 25 years old and have held a full driving licence for at least 2
years. You must also provide a credit card to secure the excess on the
insurance policy.
When staying at Cha-am villas, transport to and from
Bangkok/Bangok airport can be arranged at a rate of £15/€18 per
person.
The larger villa, Villa Morrey, is a Spanish styled building
with 3 double bedrooms that can be made up with a mixture of double or
single beds to suite your needs. There are two bathrooms, a large
living room with two sofa beds and a breakfast room that can seat 8 for
meals.
Villa Morrey sleeps between 6-10 people and costs £70/€87.50 per day.
The second villa, Villa Eco, is a modern bungalow with four double
bedrooms, which can again be made up as you wish with double and single
beds. Villa Eco includes two bathrooms and a gerneral living room with
one sofa bed. Outside there is plenty of space to relax and the outdoor
swimming pool is shared between the two villas. Villa Eco sleeps 8-10
and costs £50/€62.50 per day.
