The larger villa, Villa Morrey, is a Spanish styled building with 3 double bedrooms that can be made up with a mixture of double or single beds to suite your needs. There are two bathrooms, a large living room and a breakfast room. Villa Morrey sleeps between 6 people and costs £70 per day.

The second villa, Villa Eco, is a modern bungalow with four double bedrooms, which can again be made up as you wish with double and single beds. Villa Eco includes two bathrooms and a gerneral living room. Outside there is plenty of space to relax and the outdoor swimming pool is shared between the two villas. Villa Eco sleeps 8 people and costs £50 per day.

Booking Arrangements and Conditions

Payment can be made by credit card. Simply Call 020 867 0136 Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. The booking is confirmed by completion of the booking form and payment of a 25% deposit of the villa rental charge for the period required. The balance of the payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. The 25% deposit would be retained in the event a booking is cancelled after confirmation of booking. If the booking is cancelled between eight and four weeks prior to the start of the holiday then 50% of the total rental fee will be retained. If cancelled four weeks or less prior to the start of the holiday, then 100% will be retained.

Conditions of stay :

 1. Booking confirmed by payment of 25% of total fee

2. Full payment made 8 weeks prior to stay

3. 25% of fee retained if cancellation after booking confirmation

4. 50% of fee retained if cancellation between eight weeks and four weeks prior to stay

5. 100% of fee retained if cancelled four weeks or less prior to stay

6. Any breakages will be listed and replaced

7. Pool usage is entirely at own use

8. Children to be supervies at all times around the pool

9. Noise carries at night, music and noise to be kep to an acceptable level

10. Total smoking ban within the grounds

11. You are advised to take out your own travel insurance

12. The rental contract will be governed by English Law

13. For car rental you must provide a full licence of 3 years plus, be over 25 and provide a credit card to secure the £150/€180 insurance indemnity.
